Hot tub malfunctions do occur; technicians are contacted as soon as possible.
By using the hot tub or pool, you release M and Rentals LLC from all claims and liability.
Children must be supervised near the hot tub.
Hot Tub Rules:
Cover the hot tub carefully when not in use. Damages to the tub or cover will incur a $200 charge.
No glass bottles, cigarettes, or food near or in the hot tub.
If the water becomes dirty or unpleasant, notify us immediately.
We do not guarantee the hot tub will be working perfectly during your stay and no refunds are given if it is out of order.

Summary: Only a half hour from seven springs where we went snowboarding. The hot tub made a great nightly event to unwind. The fenced in front yard was perfect for our dog.Multiple bed rooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect. Only possible set back is the location if your car can’t get through deep snow. We had no issues though. Very close to the Ohiopyle shops and restaurants.

Summary: Lovely place for a weekend anway - bedrooms are spacious, each w a king size bed, kitchen is well stocked, and the hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. It’s about 30 minutes to either Hidden Valley and Seven Springs - would definitely recommend stopping at a grocery store beforehand for food as there’s not much restaurant/grocery stores close by.
